STUD SERVICE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. An ultrasound scan carried out by Inca Alpaca is included in the stud fee for all stud services if the female is presented for pregnancy diagnosis at the time of a mobile visit or drive by service.
2. Inca Alpaca provides a 24 hour live cria guarantee. If your cria should die in this time then Inca Alpaca will offer a return service at no charge (mileage not included). Special circumstances surrounding a cria death after 24 hours will be considered.
3. Delivery and collection of alpacas will be charged according to mileage at a rate of 70p/mile or 40p/mile if our van can be used.
4. Inca Alpaca cannot guarantee dates for visits for Mobile Stud services. However, Inca Alpaca will endeavour to work with the client to book dates that are mutually agreeable and convenient.
5. For Mobile services a maximum of three visits are included in the price. If the female in question is not pregnant after the third successful mating then an additional charge may be added for subsequent visits or the female may need to be checked by a vet or the owner may substitute the female for another.
6. If after the service(s) for a female(s) have been carried out, the female(s) do not fall pregnant or loses the pregnancy, the stud service will be valid for the following season and the fee is payable after an invoice has been received.
7. All invoices for stud services are due on receipt. Late payment may result in mobile or drive by services being refused.
